苏凤娣李丽珍 饰绍东李康生 饰和明宽谢君豪 饰是生活在80年代香港的年轻人命运随着时代大潮起伏苏凤娣从小生活在艇家因为一次盗窃事件认识了绍东继而绍东爱上了苏凤娣；然而苏凤娣爱的人却是进步青年明宽明宽有着一腔政治抱负并努力帮助油麻地群众谋取利益而 苏凤娣则默默在他身边协助其工作 无奈的是明宽和另一个女子结了婚与此同时他和苏凤娣保持着一种暧昧的关系并让苏凤娣怀上了自己的骨肉绍东陪着她去深圳堕胎陪着失忆的她慢慢找回记忆原来十几年来香港的政治运动已经化成历史就在这些小人物身上轻轻碾过成了他们命运的一部分
